Effective date: May 28, 2026
Innergy Interiors LLC (“Innergy Interiors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at innergyinteriors.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, the choices you have regarding that information, and the rights available to you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar laws.
We will alert you to material changes by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
When you submit the contact form on our Site, you voluntarily provide us with:
You are under no obligation to provide this information. If you choose not to, we cannot respond to your inquiry.
When you visit the Site, certain information may be collected automatically through Google Analytics and our web server, but only after you grant consent through our cookie banner:
This information is collected in aggregate and is used to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.
We use a Consent Management Platform (CMP) to give you control over cookies and similar tracking technologies. On your first visit, you will see a banner asking you to Accept all, Reject all, or Customize your cookie choices. No analytics or marketing cookies are set until you accept them.
| Category | Purpose | Set when? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Required for the Site to function (security, remembering your cookie preferences). | Always on. |
| Analytics | Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) , used to understand aggregate traffic patterns. | Only after you accept. |
| Marketing / advertising | Not used. | Never. |
We use a hard-block approach. Until you accept analytics in the cookie banner, the Google Analytics script (gtag.js) is not loaded at all, and no request is made to googletagmanager.com or google-analytics.com. This means no cookies are set, no identifiers are stored on your device, and no page-view data is transmitted to Google. When you accept, we load the Google Analytics script with IP anonymization and ads data redaction enabled, and we apply Google Consent Mode v2 to keep advertising signals denied.
You can change your cookie choices at any time by clicking Cookie Preferences in the footer of any page. You can also clear the cookies stored by your browser, which will cause the banner to appear again on your next visit.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. If your browser sends a GPC or legacy Do Not Track signal, we will treat it as a request to deny non-essential cookies, and we will not upgrade your consent even if you click “Accept all” without first manually toggling analytics on.
Contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form, your information is transmitted through a Cloudflare Worker to Resend (our email delivery service) and delivered to our team at info@innergyinteriors.com. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any marketing list, share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, or sell your information.
Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns on the Site , which pages are visited most, where visitors come from, and how they navigate the site. We do not combine analytics data with your contact form submissions.
