Garden-style, mid-rise, high-rise, and podium construction from 24 to 400 units. Class A ground-up, value-add renovation, workforce housing, student housing, active adult, and build-to-rent.
Commercial
Office buildouts, retail tenant improvements, healthcare tenant improvement, and hospitality. Commercial wear ratings, NFPA 701 compliance, and ADA accessibility across every applicable space.
Mixed-Use
Residential floors above commercial base. Two finish standards, two code environments, one subcontract. We sequence against your phasing plan and hold both the residential and commercial spec simultaneously.
Our scope does not change based on market type. What changes is the specification standard, the code environment, and the sequencing approach. A multifamily project sequences against the cabinet and countertop timeline. A commercial project sequences against the tenant's opening date and the ADA inspector's checklist. A mixed-use project manages both simultaneously. We have run all three in each of our seven states.
