What we cover
Luxury vinyl plank : LVP
Floating and glue-down LVP installation for residential units and commercial spaces. Substrate flatness and moisture confirmed before installation. Acoustic underlayment IIC assembly documented in submittal.
Ceramic and porcelain tile
Wet area and common area tile installation to TCNA specifications. Layout and grout joint width confirmed with superintendent before start. DCOF and PEI ratings confirmed in submittal.
Carpet
Broadloom and carpet tile installation for residential units, corridors, and amenity spaces. Seam placement submitted before cutting. ASTM E648 fire rating confirmed for commercial applications.
Transition strips and thresholds
Material transitions between flooring types and at unit entry doors. Height differentials confirmed against ADA requirements for accessible units.
Substrate preparation
Subfloor grinding, patching, and self-leveling underlayment where required. Documented before material installation. Change order process defined for field conditions that exceed the base bid allowance.
Sheet vinyl and specialty flooring
Sheet vinyl with heat-welded seams for healthcare and commercial applications. Rubber, cork, and ESD flooring for fitness, utility, and technology spaces.
