Innergy Interiors supplies and installs finish carpentry and cabinet packages under Division 6 for multifamily and commercial construction in TX, WA, OR, CO, UT, NM, and AZ. Kitchen cabinets, vanities, millwork, and cabinet hardware under one subcontract.
What we cover
Kitchen cabinets
Base and upper cabinet installation, level and plumb, confirmed to the unit type matrix before mobilization. Product grade and door finish confirmed in the approved submittal.
Bath cabinets and vanities
Vanity cabinet installation coordinated with Division 8 mirror delivery and Division 22 fixture supply. Single-point coordination for the bath package.
Architectural millwork
Base, casing, crown molding, and door casing installed to project drawings. Tolerances checked against flooring substrate before trim installation begins.
Closet shelving systems
Wire and laminate closet systems installed to unit plans, coordinated with Division 10 wire shelving scope where applicable.
Cabinet hardware
Pulls, hinges (soft-close), bumper stops, and drawer slides installed to specification. Finish and style confirmed against unit type matrix before procurement.
Schedule coordination
Cabinet delivery confirmed against drywall and paint completion. Countertop template sequenced the day cabinet installation is complete on each floor.
