Innergy Interiors supplies and installs the full Division 10 specialties package for multifamily construction in TX, WA, OR, CO, UT, NM, and AZ. Toilet accessories, ADA signage, postal specialties, fire protection specialties, and wire shelving under one subcontract.
What we cover
Toilet accessories
TP holders, towel bars, grab bars, soap dispensers, and robe hooks per unit type matrix and ADA requirements. Blocking specifications provided before drywall advances.
Toilet partitions
Powder-coated steel, solid plastic, and phenolic partitions for commercial restrooms. Ceiling-hung, floor-mounted, or floor-to-ceiling per drawings.
ADA signage
Room identification, directional, and informational signage meeting ADA Standards for Accessible Design. Mounting heights and latch-side placement confirmed before ordering.
Postal specialties
USPS-approved postal specialty systems for multifamily projects. Rough opening coordinates provided to GC at pre-construction.
Fire protection specialties
Fire extinguisher cabinets and Knox boxes supplied and installed. Knox box location coordinated with the applicable fire authority at least six weeks before the projected occupancy inspection.
Wire shelving
Ventilated wire shelving for closets, pantries, and linen closets per unit plans. Shelf count and configuration by unit type confirmed in submittal before ordering.
