Cabinet delivery confirmed against drywall and paint completion. Countertop measure sequenced immediately after cabinet set to avoid remeasure delays.
Frameless and semi-frameless shower enclosures and vanity mirrors for residential units and common-area applications. Supplied and installed under one scope, coordinated with your tile and plumbing fixture schedule.

Tempered glass panels and hardware in standard and custom configurations. Measured after tile install for exact fit.
Semi-frameless shower doors
Aluminum-framed door systems in a range of finishes. Selected to coordinate with plumbing fixture and hardware finish specifications.
Tub enclosures
Bypass sliding door systems for tub-shower combinations. Installed after tile and surround completion.
Vanity mirrors
Cut-to-size and framed vanity mirrors for residential units and common bathrooms. Supplied to unit type schedule and installed with cabinet package.
Common area mirrors
Lobby, fitness, and amenity space mirrors specified to design intent and installed to wall blocking.
Shower niche accessories
Glass or tile-ready niche shelves coordinated with tile subcontractor. Scope clarified at pre-construction.
LVP, carpet, tile, and specialty flooring specified to your finish schedule and installed to manufacturer tolerances and project drawings. We perform substrate inspection before any material goes down and document pre-existing conditions.
Luxury vinyl plank (LVP)
Floating and glue-down LVP installation for residential units and commercial spaces. Flatness tolerance verified to ASTM F710 before installation begins.
Ceramic & porcelain tile
Wet area and common area tile installation to industry tile council specifications. Layout and grout joint width confirmed with superintendent before start.
Carpet
Broadloom and carpet tile installation for residential units, corridors, and amenity spaces. Seam placement submitted before cutting.
Transition strips & thresholds
Material transitions between flooring types and at unit entry doors. Specified against floor height differentials at pre-construction.
Substrate prep
Subfloor grinding, patching, and self-leveling underlayment where required. Documented before material installation. Not assumed in base bid unless specified.
Specialty flooring
Rubber, cork, and sheet vinyl for fitness, utility, and specialty spaces. Specification reviewed at pre-construction for compatibility with substrate.
The full Division 10 package — toilet accessories, partitions, signage, mailboxes, fire protection specialties, and wire shelving. Supply and installation under one subcontract, with delivery coordinated against your interior finish milestone dates.
Toilet accessories
TP holders, towel bars, grab bars, soap dispensers, and robe hooks per unit type matrix and ADA requirements. Blocking confirmed with GC before drywall.
Toilet partitions
Powder-coated steel, solid plastic, and phenolic partitions for commercial restrooms. Ceiling-hung, floor-mounted, or floor-to-ceiling configurations per drawings.
Signage
ADA-compliant room identification, directional, and informational signage. Permit-set specifications followed. Mounting heights confirmed against architectural drawings.
4C mailboxes
USPS-approved 4C horizontal mailbox systems for multi-family projects. Rough opening coordinates provided to GC at pre-construction.
Fire protection specialties
Fire extinguisher cabinets and Knox boxes supplied and installed. Cabinet type and recess depth confirmed against wall construction.
Wire shelving
Ventilated wire shelving for pantry, linen, and utility closets per unit plans. Wall anchor type confirmed to wall construction before installation.
Miniblinds and manual and motorized roller shades for residential units and commercial spaces. Measured, supplied, and installed under one scope. Cordless and motorized options available to meet child safety codes and smart building requirements.

Aluminum and faux-wood slat blinds for residential units. Cut to opening width on site. Cordless lift standard; wand tilt where specified.
Roller shades — manual
Solar and blackout fabric roller shades for units and commercial spaces. Fascia and cassette options to match interior finish specification.

Battery-operated and hardwired motorized shades for amenity spaces, lobbies, and premium unit types. Compatible with major smart building control systems.
Measurement & scheduling
Window openings measured after drywall and paint are complete. Installation scheduled as a late-stage finish item to minimize damage on active sites.
Laminate, quartz, granite, and solid surface countertops fabricated and installed to your unit type matrix. We sequence measure against cabinet installation and coordinate delivery with your plumbing sub to prevent schedule breaks.
Quartz countertops
Engineered stone countertops templated after cabinet installation, fabricated, and installed with undermount sink cutouts. Edge profiles per unit type spec.
Granite & natural stone
Slab selection available through our supplier relationships. Seam placement and edge profile submitted for approval before fabrication begins.
Laminate countertops
High-pressure laminate in a full range of colors and patterns. Economical option for value-grade units with fast fabrication timelines.
Solid surface
Corian and similar seamless solid surface for bath vanities and wet wall applications. Integral sink options available for high-use commercial applications.
Measure sequencing
Template performed immediately after cabinet set is complete. Fabrication timeline communicated to superintendent at the time of measure.
Plumbing coordination
Countertop delivery and installation coordinated with plumbing sub trim-out schedule. Sink cutout dimensions confirmed against fixture submittals before fabrication.
Sinks, shower pans, surrounds, and fixture trim kits supplied to the job site on your schedule. Final connections coordinated with your licensed plumbing sub. We handle procurement, delivery, and site storage.
Kitchen & bath sinks
Undermount and drop-in sinks supplied to match countertop and cabinet specification. Delivered to floor-level for plumbing sub trim-out.
Shower pans
Acrylic and composite shower bases in standard and custom dimensions. Delivered ahead of tile or surround installation.
Shower surrounds
Acrylic and composite wall surround systems for tub and shower applications where tile is not specified. Installed after shower pan is set and approved.
Fixture trim kits
Faucets, shower valves, and accessory trim kits supplied to match finish specification across all unit types.
Procurement & logistics
We manage purchase orders, delivery scheduling, and on-site storage. Your plumbing sub receives what it needs, when it needs it.
Final connection coordination
Fixture delivery sequenced against your plumbing sub's trim-out schedule. We communicate directly with the plumbing sub to prevent conflicts at inspection.
