Innergy Interiors is a B2B interior finishes subcontractor headquartered in El Paso, Texas, operating across seven divisions in 7th western states. We supply and install interior finishes for multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use construction exclusively. We do not work on residential remodels, consumer projects, or single-family owner-occupied construction. Every process we run, estimating, submittals, scheduling, quality control, field coordination, is built around the procurement expectations and the production schedules of general contractors and developers managing projects valued at millions of dollars.
Scope coverage
Innergy covers seven CSI divisions under a single subcontract:
Division 6 covers finish carpentry and cabinet installation. Cabinet packages by unit type, base and casing trim, and architectural millwork. We review the full unit type matrix before procurement, confirm drywall and paint completion before delivery, and notify the countertop sub the day cabinet installation is complete on each floor.
Division 8 covers shower doors and mirrors. Vanity mirrors sized against cabinet and lighting fixture layouts, frameless and semi-frameless shower enclosures measured from the finished tile face, and hardware finish coordinated against Division 10 and 22 specifications.
Division 9 covers flooring including LVP, ceramic and porcelain tile, carpet, and sheet vinyl. We document substrate flatness and moisture conditions before installation, confirm acoustic assembly IIC compliance at the submittal stage, and do not mobilize before cabinets are set.
Division 10 covers specialties: toilet accessories, toilet partitions, ADA signage, 4C mailboxes, fire extinguisher cabinets, Knox boxes, and wire shelving. We provide grab bar blocking specifications before framing, confirm Knox box location with the applicable fire authority before installation, and initiate 4C USPS approval on the project timeline.
Division 11 covers window treatments including cordless horizontal blinds and motorized roller shades. We measure after paint and flooring are confirmed complete, provide electrical rough-in specifications for motorized shade projects before the electrical crew advances, and confirm smart home control compatibility before procurement.
Division 12 covers countertops and solid surface. Template is scheduled the day cabinet installation is complete on each floor. Fabrication lead time is communicated to the superintendent at template. Sink cutout dimensions are confirmed against Division 22 specifications before fabrication.
Division 22 covers plumbing specialties. We confirm trim kit compatibility with the licensed plumbing sub before ordering, provide sink cutout templates to the countertop fabricator before fabrication, and phase delivery to match the plumbing sub’s trim-out schedule.
Service territory and licensing
Innergy is actively operating across seven western states. across our seven western states.
The pre-construction process that separates us
The most expensive interior finishes problems on multifamily projects are preventable with proper pre-construction coordination. Grab bar blocking omissions that require wall opening and repatching. Mailbox rough openings framed without the Division 10 sub’s dimensions. Trim kits ordered before confirming valve compatibility with the licensed plumbing sub. Countertops fabricated without the sink cutout template.
Innergy prevents these problems by treating them as pre-construction deliverables rather than field discoveries. Before framing advances on accessible unit bathroom walls, we provide blocking specifications. Before procurement, we confirm the unit type matrix and the hardware finish specification. Before template, we confirm cabinet completion. Before fabrication, we confirm the sink cutout dimensions.
These are not value-added services on premium projects. They are how we run every project, because the cost of the correction they prevent is always greater than the cost of the process that prevents it.
How to request a bid
Send us your project drawings, the unit type matrix, the project schedule, and the project address. We will review the scope, confirm our licensing in the applicable state, and respond with a complete seven-division bid or a scope-specific bid for the divisions you need within two business days. What to send us for a bid
A complete bid package request from a GC or developer includes: the architectural drawings for the project showing unit layouts and the unit type matrix, the project schedule identifying the finishes start date and the floor-by-floor delivery sequence, the project address and the applicable state for licensing confirmation, and any specification documents covering the finish grades and product preferences the developer has established.
If drawings are not yet complete, we can provide budget pricing based on a unit count, unit type breakdown, and finish grade description. Budget pricing from a project description typically takes one business day. Binding bid pricing from a complete drawing package and specification takes two business days. For interior finishes bids in TX, WA, OR, CO, UT, NM, or AZ , contact us and we respond within one business day.
Innergy was founded to collapse the interior finishes coordination problem into a single subcontract. When your superintendent coordinates one finishes sub instead of seven, they recover the time those seven relationships cost and eliminate the sequencing conflicts that no individual sub among seven has any incentive to resolve on their own. One subcontract. One schedule. One point of accountability for the entire interior finishes phase, from the first cabinet installation to the last window treatment on the final floor.
Certificates of insurance, Innergy covers Division 6-Finish Carpentry & Cabinets, Division 8-Shower Doors & Mirrors, and Division 9-Flooring for multifamily construction and commercial construction under a single subcontract.
Our seven active state contractor registrations, seven-division scope, and pre-construction process documentation are all available for GC and developer prequalification review on request.
