Why Innergy exists.

Interior finishes on a multifamily or commercial project involve more subcontractors than any other phase of construction. Flooring, cabinets, countertops, accessories, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, window treatments — each one a separate contract, a separate schedule, a separate phone number when something goes wrong.

Innergy Interiors was built to consolidate that scope. We self-perform and directly manage installation across seven CSI divisions, which means your superintendent coordinates one sub instead of seven. One schedule meeting. One RFI process. One walk.

We operate in the commercial and multifamily space exclusively. Our entire process — estimating, submittals, scheduling, quality control — is built around the procurement expectations of general contractors and developers.

How we work

What a GC should expect from us.

01

We read your schedule before we write our bid.

Before submitting a number, we ask for the project schedule and the unit type matrix. We need to know what you're building, how many units, and when finishes start — not to pad the bid, but to sequence our own trades correctly and give you a number we can hold.

02

We communicate before things become problems.

If a delivery is going to be late, we tell your superintendent before the crew shows up to an empty job site. If a substrate condition is going to affect the flooring install, we document it and notify you before we touch it. That is how we protect the schedule and the contract.

03

We don't manufacture change order crises.

We clarify scope at pre-construction. If specifications change mid-project, we adapt and submit a change request through the proper process — we do not stop work and we do not surprise you at the end with a stack of unsubmitted T&M tickets.

Where we work.

Innergy Interiors is licensed and actively operating across six states in the western United States. Our headquarters and primary logistics hub is in El Paso, TX, which gives us efficient access to both the Texas and New Mexico markets and direct routing to the west coast corridor.

We have established supplier relationships, licensed crews, and active project experience in each of our six service states. When we say we operate in a market, it means we have pulled permits there, coordinated with local inspectors, and delivered finished units to the standards that market requires.
